ESL Jobs is a platform that connects English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers with educational institutions and employers in English-speaking countries. Our services include:

User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Types

• Job Seekers: ESL teachers and education professionals seeking employment
• Employers: Educational institutions, schools, and organizations posting job opportunities
• Administrators: Platform management with additional privileges

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our platform for any commercial purpose other than job searching or posting

Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Platform Content

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Content Standards

All content must be professional, accurate, and relevant to ESL teaching and education. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our standards or these terms.

Job Postings and Applications

For Employers

• Job postings must be legitimate and accurate
• You must have the authority to hire for posted positions
• You agree to review applications in good faith
• You will not discriminate illegally in your hiring practices

For Job Seekers

• Application materials must be truthful and accurate
• You must have the legal right to work where you apply
• You agree to respond professionally to employer communications
• You will not apply for positions for which you are not qualified

Privacy and Data Protection

Fees and Payment

Our basic services are currently free for both job seekers and employers. We reserve the right to introduce premium features and associated fees in the future. Any such changes will be communicated with appropriate notice.

Disclaimers

No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee that job seekers will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates. We are a platform that facilitates connections but do not participate in the actual hiring process.

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of job postings, user profiles, or other user-generated content.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESL Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ESL Jobs from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.
